Super Bowl LIVE in Bayfront Park is set up and ready to go. It began this past weekend and will be ongoing through Superbowl Sunday. As you can imagine, Downtown has a lot of foot and vehicle traffic.

We encourage you to use public transportation or rideshare, using Lyft or Uber this weekend if you will be in the area.
Also, with all the additional hustle and bustle around Brickell this time of year, the security of our community is more important than ever. As such, we would like to remind all Residents of our access control policies to ensure that Brickell Heights remains as safe and secure as possible this holiday season.
Access Cards must be presented to access the community - Because our Front Desk agents cannot be expected to recognize all Residents, individuals entering the property may be asked to present their Brickell Heights Access Card to verify residency. Brickell Heights Residents are encouraged to keep their Access Cards with them at all times to avoid any delays when entering the property. We kindly ask any Residents who have lost their Access Card to contact the management office to purchase a replacement immediately. Sharing Access Cards is not permitted - Access Cards are only for the Resident whose name and photo appear on the card. Any Access Cards not in the possession of its rightful owner will be confiscated.
Guests staying longer than seven days must be screened - Guests, friends, or family of Residents staying in a unit longer than seven days must go through the standard application process and provide a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent at the current market rate for similar units.
Garage Access - Only Residents with a registered vehicle and active garage transponder may access the Brickell Heights garage. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for assisting us with making Brickell Heights a safe and secure community for all residents and their guests.
